Trip No 2
On our second trip with Tula and TJ we brought Cooper.
We had a bit of apprehension as we had not yet emptied out the black or grey water from our last trip, and weren't confident that we had sufficient space in our holding tank for showers. As it was, our bathtub/shower became our 2nd grey water holding tank before we discovered the light panel that gave an indicator of each tank and battery usage. Fortunately we only hit capacity on the grey water :-)
And we learned how to empty the tanks on our way out of Heyburn State Park. Fresh and clean once again.
Cooper was our night time companion. He was so anxious from all the stimulation of new surroundings, new creatures, and lack of his normal creature comforts, we decided we would all sleep better if he had 4 walls with floor and ceiling. The first night he paced. The second night, he discovered that our bed extended beyond the frame, and he nestled into our blankets as we let them slip down throughout the night and couldn't quite figure out why they were so hard to pull back up. The third night, Kaylee loaned him her fuzzy oversize pillow and he slept soundly beneath the ledge of the bed while we maintained our own blankets.
